Did you know there was a public park in Toronto dedicated to Irish immigrants?

On a small patch of land behind an abandoned building in downtown Toronto, you’ll find a gorgeous public park dedicated to the tens of thousands of Irish immigrants who fled Ireland during the Great Famine of the 19th century.

I discovered this park only recently and thought to make a 1 minute vlog about it. It’s packed with info. So you should watch it.

It’s an amazing and truly unique site to visit if and when it Toronto.

Where’s Ireland Park?
